A few notes: Mor-Gann was created back in the 80's, inspired by a Dungeons and Dragons handbook a good friend gave me (the section on rolling characters featured a female warrior named 'Morgan Ironwolf' as an example). The comics I wrote and drew about her involved Mor-Gann and her various companions in a Conan the Barbarian setting, but facing things like plant-based aliens and tyrannical time travellers. Kamal Synn--then spelled 'Sinn'--was the main villain of Lady Omega (another childhood creation).Mor-Gann's adventures encapsulate my love of rpg's and that whole genre, from Final Fantasy to Everquest.
Readers might want to go back and look at The Ill #15--the 'sequel' to this issue--and look to the future, as Maerlyn might say, for The Ill #26, which will bring it all together in a mind-shattering finale!

Should a reader recognize this guy from somewhere before?
The only thing that sorta rings a bell to me is that his handprint mark sorta looks like neo-Brandt's seashell symbol.

Ignis first appeared in the back up story in issue 6, and for such an important character I should've featured him a bit more. That symbol will be fully explained in issue 26...it is of major importance.
Also, Inferno`s handprint on Ignis` chest has nothing to do with that symbol...but Ignis himself does.
